Appeal to Board of Equalization: Appealing to the Department of Real Estate Assessments is a prerequisite to appealing to the Board
of Equalization. Appeals resulting in a correction or no change in assessment may be appealed to the Board of Equalization.

Special Assessment Application: Application to apply for the Special Assessment Program. The application will not be processed until the applicable fee has been paid.
Special Assessment Revalidation Form: If you are currently participating in the Special Assessment Program, please complete the revalidation form. If this is received after the November 1 deadline, it will not be processed until the applicable fee has been paid.
Income and Expense Survey: If you received a notification to complete an income and expense survey, you can submit your information for tax year 2025 through this online form.
